Compile content once for use in different media
In most cases, the content development and editing process concentrates on a specific medium: Product description for the planned print catalogue, specialist articles for the next magazine issue, training offers for the online calendar or news for the company portal. If it is anticipated to reuse the same content for publication in a different medium, the same manual is repeated again. The information parts are newly compiled, saving time and edited in the layout for the additional medium. If changes are made to the content they have to be updated in all publications separately.
