Flexibly adjustable business processes
EGOTEC helps to automatise work processes in companies and offices in a simple manner. Workflow rules are freely definable in the internal workflow system without programming knowledge with the help of a graphic interface: from the simple 4-eyes-principle, up to complex and branched processes. The entire life cycle of objects (texts, graphics, documents, templates etc.) may be covered - from creation, release, publication and search up to filing and deletion. However, the workflow is not limited to the publication mechanism but may be utilised for any work and decision processes, for example applications for annual leave, identity card or procurement, translation processes, development processes for marketing documents, application and submission procedures etc.
Knowing what has to be done at any time
EGOTEC provides high transparency along the processes. According to the work grade, employee's rights and roles may differ. Immediate information regarding upcoming tasks is done by an internal notification system, notification by email is possible. Deputising regulations can be implemented without problem. The employee has all the content and his/her work status clearly in access by individually adjustable filters.
