Company-relevant information provided to an unlimited closed user group

The Intranet module makes it possible for a user group to get access to particular closed areas by user authentification and password check. You thereby create Intranet portals, customer service portals and Extranets.

Depending on the person accessing the password-protected area, customer-, employee or group-specific content can be released. In addition to editors and administrators, EGOTEC also manages public users (e.g. customers, suppliers, partners etc.) who are able to access particular password-protected areas and pages of a web presence after allocation of particular viewing rights. Such pages and area remain invisible for unauthorised visitors of the presence.

With EgoIntranet it is already possible to provide group-related personalised content via the viewing rights. Integration of existing customer data can be realised with the EGOTEC import interface.
