Create a newsletter from existing press releases and events by mouse click

The EgoLetter module covers complete newsletter management, from user registration via creation up to transmission.

The newsletter can be created comfortably from existing articles in EGOTEC (e.g. news, dates etc.). Thereby it is possible to create a newsletter with just a few mouse clicks which will be sent personalised to all registered users just by a click on the button.

Dependent on which topics the subscriber is registered for, he receives a newsletter that is compiled according to his individual requirements.

With EgoLetter it is possible to manage any desired number of subscribers and groups of subscribers. EGOTEC takes care of automatic registration and cancellation of subscribers and collection and management of user data. All user data may be adjusted by the administrator in EgoLetter, i.e., you can even compile mailing lists yourself. Existing mailing lists (e.g. customers' address data) may be imported via import interfaces.

You can create a personalised newsletter providing current information to interested users with just little effort.
