Import of Office documents (Word, Excel,...)

The basic EGOTEC installation already offers support of Office products. By copying & pasting, content can be transferred from the Windows clipboard into EGOTEC. Additionally, it may be necessary to transfer very large documents via data import, especially if images are transferred

Microsoft Office use may import data in the usual data format (Word, Excel …) into EGOTEC®. The Microsoft-specific HTML distinctions are filtered out by comprehensive filter functions. Images contained in the documents are converted into a web-enabled format and automatically transferred into the EGOTEC media database.
