With EgoWorkflow you allocate release processes to individual articles that seamlessly integrate into your operations flow (workflow management)

The EgoWorkflow module allows the allocation of standardised processes which an article can run through from creation to release.

A group gets the right to create the articles, another group is responsible for online activation. On the one hand, topicality of the presence can be increased by giving more editors editing rights. On the other hand, content quality is ensured by this control function.

Workflow may be defined freely and graduated to any level desired no matter how low so that even complex requirements can be performed in the workflow process. Acknowledgements are carried out by email, the task is additionally included in the task list of the particular employee. Therefore, all open tasks can be handled in one.

Time-critical workflow steps can be equipped with an escalation interval, i.e., if the first workflow step has not been carried out within 6 hours for example, the head of department is informed.

Any change of the workflow is documented with date, time and person responsible in a history function. Deviations regarding the previous version can be displayed visually by tracking changes.

EgoWorkflow can be used to display any desired business process within a company, e.g. to illustrate quality management processes, creation of organisational handbooks, releases in Internet and Intranet. Everywhere, where control instances and regular flow is necessary.
