Tasks of the Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board monitors the Executive Board's management of the company, ensures that it acts lawfully and economically and contributes to the strategic control of the company. It fulfils central control functions and represents the company in legal matters.

Convening the Annual General Meeting The Supervisory Board can convene the Annual General Meeting if it is in the interests of the company.
Audit and inspection Right to inspect the company's books, documents and assets. Examination by experts possible.
Appointment and dismissal of the Executive Board Responsible for appointing and dismissing members of the Executive Board.
Representation of the company Representation of the company vis-à-vis the Management Board in legal matters.
Duty of care and responsibility Supervisory Board members are liable for breaches of duty and must act with due care.

Dirk Saller has held several management positions in academic and industrial environments and is actively involved in research and consulting.
