  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the file accessed,
  • the website from which the access originated (referrer URL),

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

  • to assess system security and stability, and
  • for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1), first sentence, point (f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your identity.

  1. b) Contact via email/contact form

If you contact us electronically (by email or via the contact form), the personal data you provide to us will be collected. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration.

Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed; this is the case when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary. Once the retention period has expired, the relevant data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the performance of a contract or for entering into a contract and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it.

The transmission of your data via the contact form provided on the website is encrypted. Please note that you should only send us encrypted emails in order to safeguard the confidentiality of your enquiry, including from third parties. If you wish to communicate via PGP, please let us know.
